MAGNIFOOD Spirulina (Spirulina platensis): Spirulina is one of the richest sources of natural pigments (such as chlorophyll, carotenoids and phycocyanin) and highly digestible protein (usually over 55%). It also provides vitamins and minerals, fatty acids and other compounds vital for the body (for example, the potent antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD)).   Green Barley (Hordeum vulgare): Green Barley Grass contains a wide range of important health beneficial compounds, including chlorophyll and carotenoids, easily digestible protein (approximately 30%), fiber, vitamins, minerals and several enzymes important (as potent antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD)).   Rice (Oryza sativa): stabilized rice bran is one of the richest sources of compounds related to vitamin E, including tocopherols and tocotrienols. It also contains B vitamins, fiber, essential fatty acids, minerals and more than 100 different compounds with antioxidant activity (such as alpha lipoic acid also recycles antioxidants such as vitamins C and E), coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), carotenoids and antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase and peroxidase.   Seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides): For its high content of vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols), vitamin C and plant pigments such as flavonoids and carotenoids, buckthorn berries are one of the most potent plant antioxidants known. Seabuckthorn is also renowned for its concentration of Omega 7, which are less known that omega 3, 6 and 9, but prized for their potential applications for health and beauty.   Acai (Euterpe oleracea): The acai fruit is one of the highest ORAC scores (ability to absorb oxygen radicals). It has high concentrations of vitamin E, flavonoids, anthocyanins, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ1O) and other antioxidant compounds. Acai berries also contain a very high amount of fatty acids and fiber. Alfalfa (Medicago sativa): Alfalfa provides plant pigments such as chlorophyll and carotenoids, vitamins (especially vitamin K), minerals, fiber, protein, isoflavones and plant sterols.   Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale): Dandelion is one of the most nutritious plants in nature, provides a variety of vitamins and minerals, carotenoids and many other healthy phytonutrients.
