GENERAL INFORMATION: Balanced formula of B vitamins, which act closely related to each other in the metabolism of our body helping to maintain the health of our nervous system, digestive system and skin condition, in association with vitamin C and iron. TABLET COMPOSITION: Vitamins: Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 50 mg. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 50 mg. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), 50 mg. Vitamin B12 10 mcg. Biotin 50 mcg. Folic Acid, 50 mcg. Niacin (Nicotinamide), 50 mg. Pantothenic acid, 50 mg. Choline Bitartrate 50 mg. Inositol, 50 mg. Para-Aminobenzoic (PABA) acid, 50 mg. Vitamin C, 120 mg. Minerals: Iron (ferrous gluconate) 5 mg. EXCIPIENTES: dicalcium sulfate, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica. DIRECTIONS: One tablet daily with food or after it, in adults and children over 12 years. CONTRAINDICATIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS: No contraindications or side effects at recommended doses known. The excretion of vitamin B2 can cause a yellow discoloration of the urine harmless.
