Multi-Guard® ADR is a nutritional supplement with a multivitamin and mineral specialist (or complex of vitamins and minerals) formula, which provides a comprehensive and optimal combination of nutrients and herbs.
All B vitamins are included, as they are recognized for their contribution to normal energy metabolism. There is special emphasis on the pantothenic acid, since it can contribute both to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as the normal mental performance.
Magnesium insufficiency has become commonplace, and we have therefore included 300 mg of magnesium in Multi-Guard® ADR. This mineral contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and plays an essential role in reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Korean Ginseng is one of the most studied herbs and has a long history of use as an adrenal adaptogen. In our formula are 400 mg Korean Ginseng root (as 40 mg of extract), providing 8 mg of ginsenosides. We have also included 500 mg of Rhodiola rosea (as 125 mg of extract). Many combination formulas simply contain the entire powdered herb, instead of extracts.
Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10), also known as ubiquinone, is a vitamin-like found inside every cell of the human body and plays an important role in the release of energy substance. We have included a total of 30 mg, which is an impressive number for a multiple formula.
The amino acid taurine is in a dose of 50 mg in our formula. Studies show that the amino acid taurine inhibits the release of adrenaline, which is the hormone secreted by the adrenal glands under stress, so we've added 50 mg in our formula.
Other nutrients in Multi-Guard ADR include: vitamin C, iron, copper and zinc among others.

This product contains iron which, if taken in excess can be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Long term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 can cause a slight tingling or numbness.
