Cherry Plum is also very useful for the after effects of the loss of control, to the frantic fear and hysteria. (A simple case is the boot display irrational rage screaming coming to have children). Also fears of insanity and act irrationally are Cherry Plum fears. Cherry Plum is one of the remedies contained in Rescue Remedy - Rescue Remedy. PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS: Shortness of breath, palpitations, sweating, trembling, obsessional neurosis (young), circulatory disorders, acne, incontinence. DIRECTIONS: Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals; or add 2 drops to a 30ml dropper bottle. with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day. If you are making a preparation conmbinando several Bach flower add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7 flowers) in a 30ml bottle. and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
