Thanks to a bilayer tablet with an innovative formula, it provides:
The optimal dose of melatonin in rapid release (1mg) and in prolonged release (0.9mg), for a full night from the onset of sleep until awakening.
A high concentration of plants recognized for their properties on sleep: Pasiflora and Valeriana, immediate release, help relaxation, and the California Poppy, prolonged release, helps reduce night awakenings.

Composition:
Loading agent: cellulose - Extract from the aerial part of California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) - Extract from Valerian underground organs (Valeriana officinalis L.) - Extract from the aerial part of Pasiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) - Anti-caking agents: acid stearic, talc, magnesium stearate, cross-linked cellulose gum - Maltodextrin - Concentrated spirulina dye - Rice starch - Melatonin - Vitamin B6. Mode of use:
