The Bacopa Monnieri or Brahmi in Sanskrit is an adaptogenic plant that helps improve cognitive abilities, especially attention, concentration and immediate memory.

The extract of Bacopa Monnieri - Bacognize® used in the formulation of Optim Memory & Focus has been validated by clinical trials: with students and people over 50 years of age.

The bacosides, the active ingredients of bacopa, act positively on neurotransmitters, which increase in particular:
- the level of serotonin that is involved in memory processes.
- the level of acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter of memory and learning
- and the level of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) that plays an important role in adults by preventing prolonged excitation of neurons.

Longvida® curcumin from Optim Memory & Focus has been developed by a group of neuroscientists at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Several scientific studies have shown that the formulation Longvida® increases the bioavailability of curcumin in its active (free) form, capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. A clinical study from Swinburne University has shown that Longvida® curcumin significantly improves working memory and reduces mental fatigue.

Composition:
 400 mg Longvida® complex (turmeric extract (Curcuma longa L.) containing 80 mg of curcumin, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, support: maltodextrin, emulsifier: soy lecithin, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), anti-caking agent: talc; agent: microcrystalline cellulose and coating: Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

How to use:
The recommended treatment is 2 capsules a day during the first two weeks and 1 capsule a day the following days.

Optim Memory & Focus is preferably taken with a glass of water before any meal (up to 15-20 minutes before).
Optim Memory & Focus can be taken all year round without complications for the stomach.

Precautions:
Pregnancy and lactation: It is better not to use it because there are no studies carried out on pregnant women or during breastfeeding.

Gallbladder problems: Turmeric can worsen gallbladder problems. Do not use if you have gallstones or obstruction of the bile duct.

Keep out of the reach of children. Keep in a dry place.
