Non-acidic vitamin C, in the form of ascorbates, which comes in prolonged-release tablets. Doses of 2000 mg of vitamin C have no adverse effects when taken and are well tolerated. Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the immune system. It increases phagocytic activity and stimulates the synthesis of interferon, and vitamin C is capable of directly and indirectly inhibiting viral growth.

Cautions:

High doses of vitamin C may slightly increase the effects of anticoagulant drugs, so medical supervision is recommended in these patients.
It is not recommended in people with G-6-PDH deficiency, or people undergoing chemotherapy or protease inhibitor drugs without professional supervision.
Caution is recommended in people affected by kidney stones (oxalate).
Not recommended in pregnant women.

Composition:

Calcium ascorbate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, lemon citroflavonoids, zinc ascorbate, emulsifier (stearic acid), bulking agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), emulsionate (stearate magnesium), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), coating agent (shellac), manganese ascorbate.

For 2 tablets:
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, zinc ascorbate) .......................... 2000 mg.
Lemon citroflavonoids ................ 200 mg.
[48% flavonones (96 mg)] and [2% flavanols, flavones and phenolic compounds (4 mg)]
Zinc (zinc ascorbate) .................. 5 mg.

Posology:

Adults: Take 2 tablets a day. They can be taken after breakfast and lunch.
As an intensive regimen it is recommended to take 2 tablets a day for 15 days.
