Precautions:
In people who take anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol (Sintrom) or warfarin, it is advisable to start the dosage with 2 capsules a day, and the dose can be increased under medical supervision.

Posology:
As a supplement to the diet: Take 1-4 capsules a day.
Children: Take 1-6 capsules a day.
Pregnant and lactating women: Take 2 capsules a day.
Take the capsules during meals. If the person has difficulty swallowing, they can prick the capsule and take the oil directly or mix it with liquid or non-hot food, swallowing it immediately.
