The melatonin in MelatoZinc helps reduce the time to fall asleep. In the nervous system, the zinc in MelatoZinc contributes to maintaining normal cognitive function and protecting cells against oxidative stress.
Precautions:

Composition:
For 1 capsule:
Bulking agent (isomaltose), zinc (zinc sulfate) (10 mg), capsule (gelatin), melatonin (1 mg), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), capsule dyes (E-163, E-171).
Posology:
Take 1 capsule a day before going to bed (preferably 1 or 2 hours before). It is recommended to take the capsule at the same time of day.
