In a normal body, vitamin D is formed by the body itself with mere exposure to sunlight. Maintaining optimal values can contribute to greater absorption and normal use of calcium and phosphorus.

INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Ascorbate, Calcium Hydroxyapatite, Bioflavonoids, Vitamin D3, Cellulose, Croscarmellose, Sodium, Silicone, Magnesium Stereate (all of plant origin).
HOW TO USE:

1 TABLET (504 mg) (before food). To be used by pregnant women, children and the elderly who do not sunbathe or have their bodies completely covered or have dark skin.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
