Composition:

Phytosterols, Gamma-oryzanol, Fermented Red Rice, Coating (Hypromellose), Artichoke Extract (Cynara scolymus L., Leaf), Oat Extract (Avena sativa L, Bran, > 45% beta-glucans), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Chromium Picolinate.

Per 1 capsule:
Phytosterols 205 mg, Fermented Red Rice (2.9 mg total Monacolins, 2.2 mg Monacolin K) 145 mg, Gamma Oryzanol 150 mg, Artichoke Extract 50 mg, Oat Extract 25 mg, Chromium 40 mcg.

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule before meals.

Precautions:

Do not consume with cholesterol-lowering medications, or with medications or other dietary supplements based on fiber or fermented rice with red yeast.
It should not be consumed by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and adolescents under 18 years of age or adults over 70 years of age.
It is recommended to take as part of a balanced and varied diet that includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels.
Consumption of more than 3 g per day of added plant sterols should be avoided.
The daily amount of 3 mg of monacolin from red yeast fermented rice should not be consumed.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
