This product contains a high content of omega-3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid, which together with plant sterols contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid and a minimum daily intake of 0.8 g of plant sterols. Do not exceed a consumption of more than 3 g of plant sterols per day. This food supplement has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid.

Precautions:

The use of this product in children with familial hypercholesterolemia is under medical criteria, since the reducing action of plant sterols on blood levels of provitamin A, whose requirements are also increased at this stage, must be considered.
Its use is not recommended in pregnant women, since there is insufficient data on the effect of these compounds in this population group.
