BRUDYSEC 1.5 g has been designed to complement the daily requirement of essential fatty acids from the Omega-3 family and the included group of vitamins, minerals and glutathione. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is a polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acid necessary for normal brain and eye function. This benefit is obtained with the intake of 250 mg per day of DHA. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This benefit is obtained with the intake of 250 mg per day of DHA and EPA. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and helps to keep the skin and mucous membranes, such as the ocular conjunctiva, healthy. Vitamins C and E, and minerals such as Zinc, Selenium, Manganese and Copper contribute to the antioxidant protection of the body's cells.

Fish oil concentrated in Omega 3 fatty acids, gelatin, Humectants (glycerol, sorbitol), soybean oil, Vitamins (L-ascorbic acid, retinyl palmitate, D-alpha tocopherol), Source of amino acids (L-cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate, L-tyrosine, L-glutathione), Minerals (manganese sulfate, cupric sulfate, sodium selenite, zinc oxide), Stabilizers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Colorants (titanium dioxide, iron oxide and hydroxide).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules a day with a glass of water during meals.
