Vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis, normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal psychological function, normal red blood cell formation, normal functioning of the immune system; and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and regulate hormonal activity.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (vit. B6), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule (glazing agent: vegetable cellulose; humectant: purified water).

Dosage:
