What is Orthomol Osteo?

Orthomol Osteo is a dietary supplement with sugar and sweetener. Micronutrients are important for bones.
Vitamin D and calcium for normal maintenance of bones. Vitamin D aids in the absorption / normal use of calcium and phosphorus, and the maintenance of normal levels of blood calcium. Vitamin C helps the normal formation of collagen and to the normal function of the bone. Vitamin K, vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. How to take Orthomol Osteo?
