This probiotic contains 12 different strains in enteric coated capsules and 20 billion colony forming units per shot.

How to take Multidophilus from Solaray?
It is advisable to take one or two capsules a day preferably at night before bed.

Mixture of 12 strains of intestinal flora 1 mg

B. lactis, B. bifidum. B. infantile. B. longum, L. acidophilus, L.brevis, L.bulgaricus, L.paracasei, L.plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius and Streptoccucus thermophilus
Other ingredients:
Charging agent: maltodextrin; Vegetable cellulose capsule; Anti-glomerating agent: cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate and glyceryl triacetate.
