Plum fruits are used as laxatives due to their high content of soluble dietary fiber and their contribution of short-chain fatty acids, which promote the hydration of feces, softening them and facilitating their elimination.

Composition:

Dextrose. Tamarind Extract (2.5%), Plum Powder (1.4%), Kiwi Powder (1.5%) and Apple Powder (1.1%). Natural aromas of Apple and Plum.

Posology:

It is prepared by dissolving the granules in cold or hot water, or adding it to the usual drink, such as fruit juice or milk.
In the case of infants, it can be added to bottles of infant milk.

Its dosage varies depending on age, and it is recommended:
Up to 2 months: 1 heaping tablespoon of coffee (about 2.5 g) in 50 ml of water.
From 2 to 6 months: 1 heaped dessert spoon (about 5 g) in 50 to 100 ml of water.
Up to 1 year: 2 heaped dessert spoons (about 10 g) in 100 ml of water.
From 1 to 8 years: 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons (about 20 g) in a cup or glass of water (200 ml).
Over 8 years: 2 or 3 heaped tablespoons (about 40 g) in a cup or glass of water (200 ml).
