What is Orthomol Natal?

Orthomol Natal is a food supplement. It contains important nutrients for both child development and welfare of the mother during pregnancy and lactation and women with desire to have a child.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
The intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and eye development in the fetus and infant. Warning for pregnant and lactating women: the positive effect is established with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, complementary to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids 250 mg of DHA and EPA. Folic acid contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Supplementary intake of folic acid increases the level of folate in pregnant women. A low level of folate in pregnancy is a risk factor for the formation of neural tube defects in the growing fetus. The positive effect is established with the additional intake of 400 mcg of folic acid a day for a period of at least one month before and three months after conception (target group: women of childbearing age).
Iron contributes to normal formation of erythrocytes and hemoglobin.
Calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and folic acid play a role in cell division. How to take Orthomol Natal?
Take the contents of one (= daily serving) dissolved in 150-200 ml of still water or fruit juice, together with brown capsules (omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, trace elements) and white capsule (crops daily lactic acid bacteria I) during or after a meal. The daily ration may be divided into several meals.
