Nutritional supplement halibut liver oil and cold pressed encapsulated in a gelatin capsule. This oil is a traditional source of fat soluble vitamins A and D. Vitamin D is essential for bone development by facilitating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Regulates the growth of bones and teeth and is important for the proper functioning of kidney and liver. Vitamin A is essential for vision, cell growth, immune system, and for the optimal maintenance of skin, hair and mucous membranes. CAPSULE COMPOSITION: halibut liver oil, 10 mg. Vitamin A (5,000 IU), 1.5 mg. Vitamin D (400 IU) 10 mcg. EXCIPIENTS: Capsule (gelatin, glycerol and purified water), soybean oil. HOW TO USE: One capsule a day with liquid, in adults and children over 12 years. Can be increased to two capsules if necessary. CONTRAINDICATIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS: There are no known contraindications to the recommended doses side effects. Intake is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specialist supervision.
