Standardized extracts of Grifonia (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill.) 400 mg and Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) 300 mg, L-tryptophan 150 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 1.4 mg, thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 1.1 mg, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid Vitamin B9) 200 µg, cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2.5 µg, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate) and casing (gelatin).

Posology:
