Chlorhexidine LACER binds strongly to various oral surfaces thus forming a sustained release system. LACER Chlorhexidine acts at different levels: structure eliminates the existing plaque, inhibits adhesion muco-salivary protein, inhibits the formation of new plaque and destroys the microorganisms responsible for the formation of dental plaque. It is indicated as an adjunct in the treatment of gingivitis and periodontitis.
